My personal Pro's and Con's so far
First time playing the game, having a pretty good time, wanted to list out what i've noticed as good and bad!

Start with the Pros:
-Graphics are pleasant, but i think they could use some optimization; forced to run High on a 1070 at 1440p.
-Discord voice is a great decision
-Each class is unique, but i love how its still your character
-Can see fun team comps developed later down the line
-Love the back-forth idea between hero's and demon's in Versus mode

And now the cons...:
-Voice acting felt very unprofessional and bland
-Enemy balance is very poor; even on easy we'd go from one challenge that was a "challenge" to another that obliterated us within 15 seconds (not even joking)
-Seems like rubberbanding, enemies and player teleporting around or getting stuck hanging in the air.
-Not enough healing potions, makes having a healer almost mandatory, however i tried the healer and heals regenerate way too slow. Could possibly remain as-is after enemy balancing though.
-Not enough explanations for each class and what its role is, some seem obvious but would be nice to have more info especially regarding effects.
-Test/training room empty, nothing to test damage rates or friendly abilities on

Those are all just the big points, but ones i felt should be put out there! Keep up the good work, very interested to see how this game ends up!

the training room isnt actually empty.
if you press tab you can spawn friendly targets or enemies to test your abilities on

Con ever without playing - Animations look very dated, janky and slow-paced. Not enough fluidity and smoothness.
And this affects gameplay and combat very much. This needs to be improved ASAP.

Although I haven't actually tested the game, I'm going to throw some assumptions out there. For your con about one room going from challenging to being obliterated. From what I've seen of streams and reviews from people such as Fevir, it seems that there are rooms that are designed to be extremely hard if not impossible by certain compositions and the team needs to decide if they want to fight for it or hand it over to the veil demon. As Fevir mentioned his video, the "heroes" aren't designed to win every room with any compositions and with dungeons being linear, you can plan out your compositions in the lobby before hand and decide where you want to succeed and where you want to struggle and/or fail.

As for healing potions, you run into a common problem that loosely relies on the holy trinity of tank, dps, and healer and that is healers are required to have an impactful role for the most part. If you provide enough healing potions that players are able to become self-sustained healers, then the role or need of a healer is minimized and as players min/max there could theoretically be no need for a healer when you can take an extra dps or crowd control as long as everyone has potions.

Lastly, I know my brother was able to get into the testing and he did mention that you can test classes in the test room and spawn enemies and allies and as Xuton mentioned, you just apparently need to press tab to spawn them.

the game looks good from what i have seen and read about but the major and biggest con of them is that it is a PAY TO WIN which kills the game putting people off from playing it, spending real money on free to play game. Another about these third party free to play PTW games the items/cosmetic stuff are most likely to be tempoary(stat boost)eg 30 days , PvP will be so bias, those who spend the money on it will win every time.
IN THE END IT IS JUST A MONEY GRABBING GAME BY THE DEVLOPERS

When I heard it was a game from developers that worked on SWTOR, I hoped it was gonna be something cool. I guess I got my hopes too high, the game feels like a grinder like Warframe, like Path of Exile and Diablo 2 from 3rd person. Start in town - go to the dungeon, fight monsters, get loot, come back, sell the crap and equip the cool stuff, rinse and repeat.

Somehow I thought the game would be more exciting, but it feels really boring. And all the characters look like SJW feminists, both male and female, sends shivers down my spine.
Yeah thought this game would be cool back when first saw the trailer, but this isnt what i expected, its a yikes from me dog.

Hmm... it seems odd that you have one specific idea for what a game should be, then are disappointed when it turns out better? While they may not be to your taste, PoE, Warframe, and Diablo have all been more successful than SWTOR. Most players applaud devs that try to improve on their previous effort (in this case SWTOR,) especially when most people were disappointed by it. But then again, you claim that character models of both genders trigger you to the point of a physical reaction, so obviously the problem isn't the game, but the player.

I don't like the character design - Too hipster.

I can also see the monetary model becoming a problem - it's a ludicrous grind to get 10k gold.

I also hope to see far, far more clothing options as the game develops - ones that are earned through dungeons as random drops etc.,

Also a ton of optimizing.
