Our Biggest Patch Ever 0.7 Information!
UPDATE: Due to scheduling conflicts the patch was delayed by the publisher to the 1st of September, sorry guys!

Hi guys!

No doubt you've been wondering where we have been. And I'm here to let you know that we've been working away in our little cave to make the best, biggest and awesomest (yes, that's a word now) patch you've seen, 0.7!

Before I get to the actual patch information, I want to thank all of our supporters and fans. You've been awesome, and have been the reason we have been able to pull through while developing until 5am in the morning on weekends! So thank you again, you guys rock!

Also before you ask: When is 0.7 coming out?! The answer is August 29th!
But why so long? Because we want to thoroughly test it, as well as let people beta-test it at GamesCom!

So without further ado, since this is going to be a LONG post I'm going to shut up and let you know what 0.7 will include!

One of the biggest changes in this update is the addition of skills! They allow the player to progress through a tiered skill system and lets player gain abilities that are impossible to do otherwise.

Get the Flare skill and help your team with tactical pinpointing of objectives. Or get the grenade skill and blow your opponents up! It's your choice!

The addition of NPCs bring a lot of life to the safezones. Talk to the Banker to store your items, train your skills at the trainer or why not sell some items to the merchant for scraps?

Become the next entrepreneur of Stillwater Bay!

Safezones is your home. It's where you can be safe from the savages that prey on your faction members. It's where you can trade, learn new skills and repair items.

Protect it with your life.

A new threat has been sighted in Stillwater Bay...
It's not like anything we've seen before...
Be careful out there!

Occasionally a mysterious box of supplies is dropped.

Help your faction grab the box, and carry it back to your safezone for a faction-wide reward!

No proper game is a game without an economy, but what would the currency be in a world like this? Well SCRAPS of course! These can be gathered in the world or by selling items to your local merchant!

Make some money guys!

One of the most requested things were more guns! We are happy to oblige...

MP5 - 10mm
Desert Eagle - .357 Magnum
1911 - 9mm
Remington 700 - .223 Remington
AK-47 - 7.62 x 39mm

Have fun guys!

Repair your items at your local merchant in your safezone, for only a handful of scraps!

The loot spawn has been a bit all over the place. We have therefore developed a completely new loot spawning system that allows for MUCH higher accuracy once fully implemented.
This will take some tweaking, but the base of this system allows us to grow and after lots of testing to make the game much more balanced than it is today!

The User Interface in the game is now much less obtrusive and much cleaner.

We upgraded the lighting ingame, which in turns upgrades the graphics! Hope you like it!

Every game needs proper sounds, so we spared no expense in the sound department! Loads and loads of new sound effects and music has been added to the game!

Many more features have been added, but may not deserve a big notice. Such as unloading of guns, etc. But they're still important and will contribute to the feel of the game!

We hope you guys are as excited for this as we are!

Will the remington 700 have a scope to look through and is there a way to test 0.7 out without going to gamescom?!? Plus this is the best update I have ever seen from any game developer (Rockstar need to pick up the pace) !

I cannot emphasize this enough, the amount of games that just make it a massive hindrance is ridiculous - break the mold!

Durability is a way to make the players work for keeping their awesome gear - so if you care about your holy purple tanto just spend the scraps and repair it ;D
Sogeking was talk about "crafting".
I dont know how much crafting is good for the game.
But crafting to defend the own faction?
Something like that...just thinking about...
Some crafting but not so much...

Air-drop? Like in The culling?
How to locate the the box?

Iam not sure about that. NETHER had Savezones.
Snipers where waiting near by Savezone and killed people after leaving it.

@AndyGTX1080 - plays About the Safezones: There will be NPCs guarding it (At least that was planned ;D) - so if there is a sniper, he will have to hide from these Guards
