Input Not Supported?

When I start the game a little floating box pops up on my monitor saying input not supported. Help!

You have to run the game in windoved mode go to computer/users/ovner/documents/mygames/gratius space battles/prefs......and change in the prefs windowed to 1 then click out of it ..it will prompt you want to save it ok and you can now play it in windowed mode dont ask me why they did mess up the full screen but dont select it it will not work

I just found out my cable on my grafix card was the culprint of (input not supported )
I installed a hdmi cable ..and now all my problems are solved the computer did not recognize the monitor in digital mode so if annybody have the same problem the solution youre cable may be messing up on youre game's
