Official Discord Channel

[Cellar Door Games]

We've created an official Discord channel for people who want to hook up and play together.

We're unfamiliar with Discord, so any advice on managing it would be greatly appreciated.

In regards to setting up a Discord channel I'd recommend the following if you haven't already done it:

1. Make a general text channel
   
2. Make a LFG (Looking for Group) text channel
   
3. Make the LFG text channel the default text channel
   
4. Make a bugs text channel
   
5. Make a feedback text channel
   
6. Make a text channel for other important game elements (you might know maybe loot or something else)
   
7. Make a casual/hang out text channel
   
8. Make a LFG voice channel
   
9. Make a voice channel group for each unique activity you have in the game. For example if you have story mode, open world exploration and dungeons one category for each.
   
10. Add 3 (or more depending how popular you think the category might be or ends up being) voice channels to each of these categories.
    
11. Set the voice channels in the above 3 categories to a user limit of 4 (presuming the maximum number of players you can have in a game is 4)
    
12. Create a voice channel category Casual and add 3 voice channels
    
13. Make an AFK voice channel
    
14. Set all voice channels to move people to the AFK voice channel after 5/10/15/30 minutes (whatever you think will work best)
    
15. Finally set it up so that when people join the discord it asks them to tag themselves up by region of the world and platform e.g.: NA/SA/EU/Asia/Africa/SEA/Oceania and PC/iOS/Android. I don't personally know how to do this but I know other Discord channels use this feature so some cursory Googling should hopefully explain the process.
