Auto control ERS & Auto optimise out lap tepretures?
Could anyone explain what these options do please?

The first one is easy. The ERS is the boost button for the Car (the Battery in Formula 1 for example). In teh Game it will charge while the Race (normal) and with Quickloaders on the Box (risk to damage the ERS).

The ERS could manually started and stoped from the player, otherwise the AI-Driver is using it automatically in Situations he / she thinks to use it.

The second one is the temeraturesetting for the Qualifings (Brakes and Tyres). The better the Setting is in the optimal Temperature, the quick Lap (Qualifinglap) gets better.

If you make it manually you have to put the scroller left and right in the out lap for both drivers. The KI-Driver manage this very good automatically so the Player haven´t to wound his hands with the scroller struggling left / right for both drivers.


The Auto Optimise out Lap I let make the AI because that makes sense. The ERS i make manually, because I could better see when a driver needs the extra power.

I never encountered such a thing as ERS in the game, it is only in the menu of the game. I know in F1, it is like a thing that gives you boost but I dont see anything like that in the game ? Even in tutorial it didnt show me that...?

The lower tiers don't have ERS at the start
