Unable to open gate. Bug?

I seem not to be able to open the NY gate. I did the focus thing, the runes turned white, I focused on the gate and the runes disappeared. For some reason though I cannot open the gate.

Is this a bug or am I just as inept at gaming as I think I am?

can't open first gate, rune is too transparent - i don't see it size and borders.

Yeah I had this happen to me at this gate as well. Just back up a bit and approach the door again... that fixed it for me.

To confirm: I found both the runes - the issue is that I was unable to interact with the unlocked door

I have the same problem. After finding the symbols, two runes on the door turned white and the voice said to look at the door to open it. but nothing happend and if i just walk there the white runes disapear and i can't open the door. I can reload but the effect is the same. I guess we will have to start again or wait for a patch.

I've decided to wait for the first patch to drop before I try it again. If it isn't resolved before the two weeks' are up though I'm just going to refund the game. :(

I'm stuck at this gate, too. Reloading didn't help. I'm reluctant to go through everything from the beginning again in case the same thing happens.

This happened to me, I walked back quite far and when I returned I was able to activate the door

Walking back as far as I could didn't change anything for me. :(
