well i was reading the intervew that pcgamers did to the creator of teh game and in the end this happened:
PCG: Finally, are there any secrets in the game that you haven't seen anyone find yet?
EB: Yes.
PCG: Yes?
EB: Yes.
PCG: And you're not going to tell me what that is, probably?
EB: No, I won’t tell you. [Laughs] I haven't told anyone.
PCG: Is it significant?
EB: It's not super significant, but it's kind of just so weird and obscure that I don't know if anyone will ever do it.

Well I could be completely wrong, but one possibility is to do with the "Highlights from the book of Yoba" note you get if you find the lost book and read it in the muesum.
There is the ring of Yoba you can craft. there is the shine of Yoba in Pierre's
and lastly have seen screenshots of people finding strange glowing areas (one near the wizards tower.)
So Yoba is important to the world in a religious context.
Without giving too much away for those who havent read the note and want to find it themselves, the quotation from the book of Yoba maentions golden light. It also mentions planting something as part of the world creation myth.

Ty Juaner. Always puzzled me what that shrine was there for, so if it has a use, it would solve the mystery in my mind, even if I don't find it out myself (don't really have time to spend to experiment atm)

I noticed during the Spirit's Eve event, Linus was hanging out with the Wizard and when you moused over their characters they had speech bubbles as if you can talk to them and they had something to say. As far as I could tell, there is no way to reach them, but it's very curious.

I noticed a chest like item behind barrels inside the pub. Not sure if it anything secret or maybe it already used for something else. Icon changes when hovering over it but nothing happpens.

@:KyeTheShy yes have noticed that as well. Think there are a couple of other places (cant remember off hand) that show an hand when you mouse over indicating that its activatable, yet nothing happens. Making a list of all the unexplained things that seem might be relevent might be useful.
