Marriage DIalog and Maru

Note that I started playing Stardew Valley after 1.07 after marriage was supposedly improved.

So I went through a year and a half before marrying Elliot because I liked his personality and poetic dialog, but after we were married his dialog became... creepy. I couldn't stand that he was just sitting in the house all day taking about lost inspiration and how my sweat smelled good. This, combined with it being my first farm with poor layout decisions, prompted me to start anew only a week after marriage.

Now I've fallen in love with Maru because of her chipper dialog about nature. But I'm worried that marrying her will ruin her like it did with Elliot.

Does she quit being a nurse and become a recluse in my house? Will her dialog become reminiscent of cardboard? Is there a mod that improves marriage?

I'm almost ready to marry the person I care about the least simply so I don't ruin the ones I like.

I married elliot and... I don't think he is acting strange towards me. Of cause, he sometimes say... cute-creepy stuff... but he helps me a lot saying he would love his new way of livng and marriage was good for him to look better after himself and sometimes walks to the ocean watching the waves x3 Well, once he had a hangover after drinking at a festival and war really angry after I talked to him... But this just happend one time and was more funny than everything else.
