side quests in caspian sea.

Can someone tell me how the first two quests in this guide start off? I just don't have any markers or have had any reference/npc talk about killing mutants or visiting hangers. the only side missions I have received are shipwreck and oil well. But this guide on gamepressure states there are 2 more and I am on the very last mission now so want to complete them before I move on.. Also the game doesn't tell you if you've liberated all the slave camps. I have done like 2 or 3 so far i think but there are no more map markers

There is a lot of stuff that you can just stumble upon - like the Hangars mentioned in the guide.
It doesn't have any quest markers, or anything. Use your binocs to scout and mark locations.

No problem. Any points of interest you see with the binocs will be marked on your map with a circled question mark.
