Serious Sam 3: BFE
How to get solid 60 fps?
The game goes as high as 140 and as low as 25...it's really jarring and sometimes hard to play when the game snaps around like that. I had a similar issue with TFE and TSE but it wasn't as bad, when I enable vsync I get AWFUL input lag. What do?

Can you please send screenshot with FPS graph (prf_bShowFPSGraph=2) showing the jarring, so that we can determine whether this is microstuttering?
I am uploading a small 7 minute video describing my thoughts and maybe you can help me out with them. And another really short video showing a really weird graphic thing if you can show me how to get rid of it.

Graphic effect thingy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd8-sTdxL6M&feature=youtu.be
Thoughts: (uploading) Audio is a little quiet, the stuff I said after I show my settings is about a few random drops when shooting at the grunts, no visible spawning. And a console command or setting to remove the spawn effect.

Do a demo of The Silent Riddler map and leave the graph on. That's the best map to optimize on since it taxes the machine really hard. MSAA will take a big hit. Disable MSAA and re-record the map from the start. Keep tweaking until you find the sweet spot.
You didn't show your menu options and retest it again without MSAA.. Turn the volume down on the game, I didn't hear a word you said. Also, instead of hiding, run in to the middle where everything spawns.
My menu options are in the other video, All I changed was MSAA was 2x and crumbs dont cast shadows/not effected by shadows. Why do I have to run in the middle? This is general gameplay, what would making another video solve?

Because it stresses system. It won't solve anything because you can't follow directions.

Good luck to you, wish you the best. Cya.
you want it so damn bad here

now how do I keep the game at 60 instead of flying from 30-120 when barely anything happens? The whole point of this thread was that...
You can leave your resolution at 1920x1080, but turn your MAX 3D rendering down to 1280x1024. That should give you the performance boost you're looking for you until get a capable GPU.

BTW, vsync works flawlessly and butter smooth . The Serious Engine is grade A software and I love it.

Vsync apparently gives no delay now, I definitly know it did at one point. I'll just accept I need better technology, just figured a PC I built a few months ago could run a super 2011 game at least.

Edit: Oh I just played with you, wondered why the name looked a little familiar.

You're welcome, *******.
Have the same problem, AMD Phenom II x4 945 @3.2GHz and a GTX 760.

Running a GTX680 directcu-ii on gaming mode, i7 4770k 3.9Ghz I get 90-110 on ultra must be something going on with your system.

Gee thanks I didn't know it was so obvious.

Sarcasm aside, changing the settings to low don't seem to make a difference. I can take 30FPS but it's the drops thats killing me.
