Community sucks

Every time someone does good in versus matches (no matter the mode), they get vote kicked.
Happens to me every time i'm about to win a match, i see it happen to other people often aswell. It sucks.

Stops us getting the achievements, and spoils the game.

Any else experience this all of the time?

Seems like most players in this game are butthurt children... do any real people play this game?

Its not just in this game, this happens in many other games too. The thing is that 70% of the players are usually braindead noobs who can't play. So they usually think that the better players are cheating, or they simply kick them just because they are too good. I remember when I played second encounter hd instant kill(sniper rifle only) match, I had to let the others to kill me, otherwise they would kick me or leave the game... And they complained about everything: asked me to wear other outfit, and dont stop for a single second, because if I stop for 2 seconds i am a camper... LOL. So many idiot...
Anyway, the coop game usually not better, because there's almost always someone who rush through the levels and leave all monsters just to reach the exit as fast as possible...

Solais is right, find some players with functioning brain and play with them.

We play Serious Sam 3: BFE and most of the other Serious Sam games regularly by means of scheduling events.
Of course, we also play outside those events whenever two or more people feel like it. Which means you can ask any of us to join you. Just drop in the group chat (which is usually active) or add them to your friends.

Or you know. I know that you're frustrated with this, like everyone else who just want to play some good co-op. Why not organize to take back the public coop scene? Maybe you should unite, everyone who complains that public coop just doesn't work and play together!

Join the 7Smoke group for actually fun Serious times. Our group doesn't tolerate speedrunning, but also (as much as I see) we don't really care about achievements either as we almost always play in the moddable versions, just for fun. Not for stats, not for achievements, just for fun.
If you want to have some fun, nothing else, that is your place.

Similar ♥♥♥♥ in co-op, every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lobby is normal difficulty and you usually get vote kicked if you join a room with 2-3 people in it cause it's a few russian friends playing...
