I manually save constantly and I usually make a new save each time. However, I ran out of save spaces and decided to delete several of the oldest ones (before anyone asks, yes I am 100% sure I deleted the OLDEST saves not the newest). I have gotten all 122 audio logs, checked every single one off of a list online, and counted them many times. But the achievement still wont activate.
