Any way to stop stuttering?
The game runs at 60, but stutters often. Any fixes for this?

What GFX card are you using? If you have a 980ti or above you can set the refresh type to fast in the nvidia control panel. That works well for me. It renders frames as fast as it can but only sends frames when you monitor is ready for them.

search for my post, there are a number of .ini files to help with the texture streaming which inturn will help with the stuttering.

I just checked my Graphics card. It says on the DXDiag that it's an "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. How badly am I screwed?

Yup, that about sums up my PC gaming experience.

Seriously, when I play Overwatch, I have to turn the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ RENDER SCALE down. This is my punishment for playing on a laptop.

I'm sorry, man, I'm new to PC gaming. I only started a year ago. I just wanna play BioShock.

I'm sorry if I'm inconveniencing you. According to the Intel control panel, it's a i3--3120M CPU. I don't know if that helps, but I'm trying my hardest to figure this out.
