Only one of the Castle Crushers Warp Zone Bandages unlocked?

While I was in the Castle Crushers Warp Zone, I found two Bandages. When I checked the map, it said that I only had one. I decided to go through the Warp Zone again, but couldn't find it. Any idea on how to fix this glitch?
