Please make the upcoming PC release of Criminal Girls uncensored, NISA

Posting this prematurely since NISA announced its coming to Steam. An uncensored release would pretty much be the appeal of such a re-release. I don't want to buy censored video games, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this fear for the upcoming release. This is their chance to fix the Vita version.

I didn't knew anything about that game but with a little bit research as far as i can see it'll be most likely censored. Like any other game in this area.

Pretty sure there is no nudity in Criminal Girls though. Just a mini game with lots of moaning and lewd art. Only the Vita version removed all that for no good reason.
And the game is right up my alley as far as the sort of games I like to play go. Doesn't matter if its bad or not. It should have a proper release. Whether or not I need to see or hear something isn't important. Its the principle of the thing. No need to get all upset though. Just making a simple request.

Far FAR worse is allowed to be released on Steam without issue. For instance, the game Monster Monpiece is coming to Steam uncensored.

depends if it falls under the too lewd for public terms. most likely it'll be censored or the areas will be altered.

really there is no need to smut up a video game. it ruins them.
you want to see nudity? theres plenty of places for that.

They made Hunnie Pop get censored for steam. The Developers even posted an uncensoring patch on the forums if I remember right lol.

games that tend to need a censored version have distasteful smut mixed in. you take those parts out or adjust them and it has 0 effect to the actual game.

I do understand your point and agree but it isn't the same everywhere it depends. There are people who wants a uncensored version to get a full game which is "original". For those people it doesn't matter if there is nudity or something else, they just want the "full" game.

Come on, it's a game where you literally tame sinful girls in hell. Adding a veil of mist isn't suddenly going to make the intimate punishment sessions any less lewd. Like... the scenes are still there, only pink. Also silent for some reason. Licensing costs?

It's not like HuniePop or an all-ages eroge; there's no full nudity here since it's a console release. It's already safe for consumption, just age gated (M at most) which isn't a problem at all on Steam.

As I said, there is no nudity in this game. Also seeing something in the context of media you're playing/using versus just in stuff online is not the same thing.

Also far, FAR lewder stuff has been released without any cuts or changes.

The game is Japanese audio only; why would there be licensing costs for one specific piece of the already existing Japanese audio. I'm not saying it isn't possible; just find it strange and unlikely.

Well that's why I'm trying to do something about it. I figure if enough people show that they'd like an uncut version maybe one would exist.

Why?
They are fictional characters. How is fictional smut ever distasteful, no matter the content being presented? And they do; the cuts take away from the mini game and make it less enjoyable imo, and just the idea of cut content in general I feel is dangerous to art and the industry as a whole. Any kind of lewdness is unnecessary, and far worse has been allowed on Steam. Once again, I point to Monster Monpiece.

Well I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to mod out the pink layer of mist, but inserting the audio might be more difficult. And that's assuming all the scenes are still there.

People complaining is what got IFI to announce that they won't do it anymore (and also what partly resulted in the uncut Monster Monpiece announcement m8.
And never say "this thing is never happening". No such thing as something being impossible.
