Any game that's close to Dishonored 1/2?

Hello everybody I hope you are having amazing day. As a title say's I'm looking for game that's similar to Dishonored Series where I can play it however i choose to.

Deus ex series, deathloop, prey, thief games the original 3, i'd also say the hitman series,

Deus Ex has some great story when you get into it but I've never been able to finish a game. Prey is probably your best best but it would best be compared to a "high chaos" playthrough. There is some sneaking early on but you can go rambo after a few hours and some upgrading and there isnt much use for sneaking after that point.

Metro is also good and comes with a special "no civ kills and side quests done" ending if you like that kind of thing. Its also more of an action than sneaking game though, sneaking is only useful on the higher difficulties to save on your very finite ammo.

The entire Bioshock series is very similar to Dishonored, in my experience. Examples of similarity:

*Same high-quality atmospheric storytelling
*Story often delivered by audiodevices the player finds while exploring the environment
*Similar action-RPG gameplay style
*Similar 1800's-inspired environments and world, often industrial
*Similar graphics style
*Choices matter, just like Dishonored

Another very similar game (and from the same developer) is Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. I haven't played it in a while and it's perhaps showing its age, but it's another action-RPG game from the same developer where your choices matter and affect story outcomes. It's also fortunately very inexpensive and, in my view, very high quality. And very underrated. The only downside the game has is that it's a very buggy game (but imo its still playable and enjoyable). That said, I haven't played it in a while so I don't know how well it runs on modern machines.

I'm not sure why the "remastered" versions of BioShock have worse Steam reviews than the originals (which were "overwhelmingly positive"), but I would probably play them anyway for the graphical improvements and support for higher resolutions.

While the BioShock games are great, I don't think I'd say they're like Dishonored (gameplay at least).

Thief series (NOT 4, which is garbage), Dark Messiah is my favorite game and similar with kill options. One of the few games with a Kick function.

Thief Gold/Dark Project and Thief Metal Age are good (that's one and two).

Thief Deadly Shadows (third game) was down-rated for it to run on the Xbox Original, which a lot of the PC crowd hated; however, Thief Deadly Shadows has that one award winning mission, The Shalebridge Cradle, which is leagues ahead of any mission in the previous two Thief games.

As for the rebooted Thief (from Square Enix), you can skip it. Even the SE suit mook I bumped into after the game's launch wanted to kill himself for being a part of that project.
