Crank wheel @ start mission 3
Im on my second playthru and i just noticed a crank wheel at the start of this mission.
when i turn it there's a secret kinda music playing. but nothing happens?
have googled for a bit but cant seem to find anything?

Do you mean the wheel in the fountain at the front of the Addermire Institute? If yes, you can use it to adjust the water level, possess a fish and swim inside the institute.
