Feature Request: I want to control the colonists by number of people, not silly %

While having a % of each type of colonist, is great when you have a large colony and are not too concerned about actual numbers, thats fine.

When you are starting out, however and your colony is on a knife's edge because not enough biologists or engineers, I want to set capacity for people just like the manufacturing limits. By absolute number.

The % are clunky especially the way it tries to add up to 100% and adjusts other colonist targets when you adjust one. It's always a mess. Also if you want no more than 20 colonists you have to continually check back how many you have (=absolute number), compare it and turn on/off accepting colonist ships.

It's fiddly and would be so much easier if I could say I want 6 Workers, 6 Biologists, 1 Engineer, 1 Medic, when starting out. And gradually increase these as I want. Quotas.

Other than that - Great game! and love the new UI changes!!!

In addition if I know my base can only support 50 people, wouldn't it be a great feature if i could set a limit of 50 people?
