Beta 1.8b Released (July 13)
To prepare the upcoming new DLC and event, we are launching this beta to public for players to try and test!

It is not recommend this use this beta other then testing. As there are some "invisible attack bug" in this beta right now.

To Opt-in : Right click Rabi-Ribi -> Properties -> Beta

- Added a temp F1 menu in main menu.
- Added support of upcoming DLC. For details and news please visit our twitter and facebook.
- Remade key config and pad config menu into a better and more user friendly one.
- Added Korean Support (WIP)
- Replaced all royalty free music into new Rabi-Ribi soundtracks by 3R2 and Triodust! (Also some sound effects)
- 144hz mode now work better(?). Require some testing. I don't have any 144hz monitor to test it:rbrb3:
- Added launch option "-simplehud" to use handheld version of HUD.
- Added launch option "-fullload" to load almost everything of the game into RAM at the very first frame of rabiribi.exe. No more texture loading would occurs during gameplay. Useful for streaming/speedrunning etc. But the game will go unresponsive during the mass loading.
- And many tweaks made during DLC Development and Console porting.

Someone start a gofundme or whatever its called to get Gema a 144Hz monitor! :rbrb2:

Also? Is there a bug report thread?
If not: Game crashes when I attempt to view map page 8. Was able to replicate three times, verified game cache and restarted steam, and it crashed a fourth time on the same event.

Will update with anything else I find.

Thanks for the reporting. Another update just pushed!

- Alius boss backgrounds are changed to avoid memory lag and overflow (Since it take a screenshot of the background into RAM then moving it before)
- In 1.8 there are possible map changes that cause speedrunning harder/slower. This update will try to avoid that.
- Fixed looping of music track "Azure".
- Fixed the weird borders.
- Fixed New Game+ losing all items.
- Fixed game crashing when viewing map in pause menu.
- ..and more

Will the new tracks be added to the Soundtrack DLC when the new DLC hits?

Borders are cutting off a small portion at the bottom and right of the screen during gameplay at 640x480 resolution:

How much will the DLC be?

Using borderless fullscreen with any of the 144hz monitor options seems broken now. All but "144Hz Monitor" are extremely fast (Mode 2, 3, 4, as well as not using any of those options), while the "144Hz Monitor" option itself is extremely slow. I did however notice that my framerate was at 144 on all of these, aside from "144Hz Monitor" where I only had about 40 fps.

Fullscreen mode seems to work fine with all of these though, capping the fps at 60 (I did have to set the nvidia control panel "Preferred Refresh Rate" option to "Application-controlled" however).
