[Roadmap] Stuff and issues we're working on
Welcome to NeuroVoider!

This thread is dedicated to discussing the roadmap of the game. We hope to detail what we're working on to improve the game here. Feel free to drop suggestions!

Current state:
  • Steam: v57.13
  • PlayStation 4: v56.1 (system version 1.02)
  • Xbox One: v56 (system version 1.0.0.6)
  • Nintendo Switch: v57.9 (system version 1.0.4)
  • PS Vita: v57.9 (system version 1.01 EU; 1.00 NA)

Roadmap last updated on 12th December 2018.


Current focus is on:

Game is now in long term support, meaning that updates will be less frequent, but we're still around to read discussions and improve the game, and of course track down bugs.

Hey,

Not planned at the moment. We're going to concentrate our efforts on making the class system more relevant and easy to use, as well as how skills are equipped. Right now, classes & skills management is not smooth enough to us to consider adding more classes.

I have a suggestion: instead of adding a feature where you choose the difficulty, how about it goes up automaticly depending on the machine parts you have? Such as, the better the weapon/core/movement are, the harder the difficulty?

For general progression, I think you should also add a Crystals=money feature where u could buy weapons,parts(to make able start with rampage or fortress) or skills from a vendor, so levels will reward player for fighting the remaining foes once u refill the crystal bar (add even more foes for the difficulty 3,4 and 5 levels or increase the general size=foe generation)

Awesome work btw, love to play it :D

PD:Hope you can make it for Spring 2016, If i was developing with u, I feel spring is a bit early for all features remaining.

Also I think Rampage is pretty clear what it does, dash backward so you avoid your enemy while ♥♥♥♥ing obliterating it! XP

Your suggestion is quite interesting to read because that is excatly what we planned to do (store + class selection). ^^ Trashing items will also give back crystals, so even if you didn't dropped items of the desired class, you will be able to "purchase" it.
We want to give some value to emptying a level and droping white items.
We are also pondering on adding a feature which would allow you to skip a level at the cost of crystals (that is something speedrunners have been asking us).

Is there a chance for a save state or something similar for runs? I dont like killing my run because of needing to go to work/needing to leave my house. Game too much fun.

Just a little problome. when pink littel melee robot bump into you they will stop attacking unlse you move awey from them

So now that you bring this up, How will you survive when that is changed and they tear you to shreds? I thought it was because they were shy and scared of you as a character... Felt kinda bad killing them. :P

Hello, couldn't help notice that there hasn't been an update for a whyle. It could be because of vacation, but my question is will there be a larger upcoming update?

I'm not impatient, just curious.
People do have lives lol. Christmas and new year. I'll be surprised if they jump back on it without recovery time. Holidays take a lot of energy. :)
