Report a translation problem
- Get GCFScape, it allows you to open GMod's package files. I'm not going to provide a download link due to spam filters and all, so just look it up on google.
- Go to steamapps/<account_name>/garrysmod/garrysmod/ and open garrysmod_dir.vpk using GCFScape.
- Go to your srcds/garrysmod/ folder (on your server), and remove the scripts folder located in it.
- Now drag and drop the scripts folder from GCFScape to where you just deleted the old folder.
That's it, you're done! Restart your server and the soundscapes *should* be fixed. Bigcity should now sound like a city again, rather than a warehouse or a river. I know it did exactly that on my end, and it's back to normal now.
