Cloud Saves Missing?

wth came back to get the rest of my achevs and after redownloading my save files are missing from cloud. Now I know nothing can be done now, but why was they deleted from the cloud in the first place?

edit: it seem they are still in the cloud but are not dling, 5mb is in the cloud so where is my files?

ps: also a i have over 200 hours in game and steam says only 7 hours?
