4. Check Custom (Advanced) and click NEXT.
5. Check Perform a clean install and click NEXT.

I'm with the same problem, on the loading screen for the chapter 8! Someone, please, help us! I just wanna pray for Cthulhu!

A. Please update manually the INTEL display driver:

3. Save and open win64_25.20.100.6326.zip file from Downloads.
4. Extract all file content into Downloads.
5. Close the file.

ok, it worked for me at first, but in the last cutscene to make the transition between Chapter 8 and 9, the game once again presented the same error. I ask you to make an update, if possible, to solve this problem for everyone.
