problem with dlc
got all season pass but can't use any dlc weapon nor start dlc missions

Right click on the game in library and goto Properties >DLC and make sure they are all ticked. If that doesn't do it then I am unsure sorry other than reinstalling

good point but it's seems I just don't have them on acc even with sessons passes lol
