Once restored as per the guide, you'll be able to join the servers directly from the in-game server list.

There's no EU server or it will come online closer to the start? My ping to current ones is like 120.

This event will be in NA but following would be in EU servers. The game supports max 8 players in a server, so ping shouldn't be a big issue.
