Fix your game.
This is the second time it's frozen on the sector 6 final mission for me, and didn't freeze anywhere else. Always when I'm fighting Dafoe.

Do you have any more details on this? Does it always happen in the same situation? What happens when you restart the game after the freeze, press continue and start the fight again?
