Broken Kaori Couch CG

Hello, I don't know exactly what's wrong, but the CG would not show up in my gallery even after I complete Kaori's route. I left a weird gap, so please help.

I haven't played the game in a while, but getting that CG requires choosing a specific choice during that particular event. I actually showed it to someone else in a different thread here. I think it's something like Kaori not being honest. But to be honest...my memory is rusty since I haven't played in nearly a year.

I was baffled at first, too, but after I read a comment from Dishu I replayed till the Kaori couch scene
-> That scene will only pop up in CG when selecting a specific of the three options (it was the 'sneaky arm' one, I think).
