Spellforce 2 Annniversary difference between Spellforce 2 Faith in Destiny

Whats the difference between these two version if that Faith in Destiony have some dlcs?

Completely different, independant games: AE is former Gold Edition and comprises Shadow Wars and Dragon Storm, while FiD is just FiD (+ the DLCs to FiD).

Ok, but how many playable factions they have? And what about Skirmish mode, it have?

There's one faction less in AE (compared to FiD and DotP). Skirmish is present in AE, too.

FiD introduces a new, nameless faction that is not present in the AE.

I'd recommend getting the universe Edition (=everything of SF1 and SF2) at current sale.

If it's speficially between FiD and AE, then AE is the better deal as it is 2 games while FiD is only 1 (even with DLCs it's probably shorter in SP campaign than AE)
Furthermore, the AE is newer than FiD, so likely graphics etc. are better.
