Not enough equipment
Why is it that despite producing military equipment it says that I don't have enough of it or manpower to train my units? It says that I need towed artillery to produce all of my units. How can this be when I have been producing them? Ugh...

Build more factories then.
That doesn't work. There's absolutely no answers that this game gives for what I'm doing wrong.
I don't understand why that all the units are telling me that there isn't enough equipment or not enough manpower to produce artillery when I've only assigned the infantry units with artillery in the division. There's plenty of free manpower, by the way.
Screenshots would help. It could be any number of many things.
Research your indisutrial techs related to production

This is a 0.3 hours kind of guy lol
if you look at your suplies tab is the amount of artilarry in storage red if so it means you have not got enough in storage to allow them to all fully equip either build more factories to produce more or stop producing diviosns with artillary
You probebly dont produce enough equipment for your divisions.
You probebly need like 5K arty guns but only have a few in stock, and you maby produce only 14 a day so you need to wait till your factories manged to produce enough arty guns, or cancel the training divs.

Dont train to many divisions if you lack something.
It doesn't seem to matter if my production efficiency bar in green or red. Regardless of this the game still tells me that I need towed art equipment. focusing on the one diviosn seems to have done the trick but, I wonder, is there an EASY way of being able to identify this to prevent this problem reoccurring? The fact that you train a unit until it reaches the peak of 99% completion only for it to suddenly tell you that you need X equipment is just an exercise in frustration.
Oh no, spoke too soon. Apparently the toward art problem still isn't going away. Ok, I give up. Thanks for the help anyway.

Its pretty straight foward. It's telling you you need more equipment and you may of been producing it but you may not of produced enough for that unit, as other people have said look at your supplies tab if the number is in red you have a deficit of that equipment, my reccomendation put the unit in training on high priority(3 dots next to the add unit button the one in the middle is the one that's selected and the color for it should be yellow)that way that unit gets equipment before any of your other units that may need upgrades or reinforcements.
Start two lines of production. Get some lendlease from a faction member..
You need to build more factories or train less units, or wait until your artillery production has caught up with existing demand.

Look at your artillery production line. If it has a number under it in yellow, you have a deficit it needs to make up. A cross in a circle means it's reinforcing divisions, an arrow means it's replacing out-of-date equipment.

A green number means you have enough and are stockpiling your surplus.

If you've got a deficit, take that number and divide it by how many artillery you're producing per day, that'll be how long it will take you to catch up.
