Content Id help <- please help me! D:

Ok, so i played all last month and now i try to log in and the pol tells me i have no content id. Where do i go on my account thingy (on the ffxi website) to get my account back up and running, im pretty sure i have to either buy another content id or reactivite it somehow.... any help would be most appreciated

my subscritpion? what? i payed it last month when i bought the game. when i try to log it it tells me i have no content id, so when i get on the site i cant find where to obtain/reactivate my content id and no, i havnt payed for it yet.

you gotta pay for your subscription every month depending how many days you bought.

i'm late in the topic but, you could also get one of those ultimate game card things and pay subscription fees like that, it's $20 for a card but at least you get to keep some of the money as credit for expansions or more time MUCH later on

i already bought the ultimate abbysea addition on stead im rly just trying to reactivate my characters and playoline id so i can log back into the game ive already payed for my first month idk whhats going on because i updated me payment info and it till gives me an error when i try to reactivare my characters it ays their deactivated or canceled right now, on of the two.
