What about the engine part /smartchip shortage of wharfs? Is it fixed?
No perfomance gain, fleet does not follow orders, traiders still trade 20 sunnflowers over the galaxy, 10000 mines spawed in the middle of my fleet in a xenon sector and killed all. Big ships are retarded like a lobotmized chimps. atfer reload an indistructable phantom station attacking my fleet, they fire back at the center of the "station" where noting is then space. so 100 ships attack and none of them hit the enemy station. can't oder 100 ships back manualy. Game and save complety broken after 200 hours in. no energy to tell more. IT SUCKS.

You are not alone on this but its not going to change. You can use LMB+RMB to fire too, took me a minute to get used to it but its OKish now. You use LMB to stear and them press RMB to fire while keeping LMB pressed.

This is a topic related to a beta build, if you want to complain for random stuff feel free to do it somewhere else and let this space for those that have something constructive to say, which is the point of public betas.

And also constantly scroll at the same time to change speed to not to overshoot or not to fall behind enemy fighters. Awesome, can we get even better controls? I have two more fingers doing nothing on my right hand.
This is even more unwieldy than holding MMB to shoot and scrolling at the same time.
And both variants are still fubar.

Is that the bug that made the game freeze at baording or at stage II?
Thanks for your hard work! Also thanks for your understanding that some players get frustrated - lots of time spent with it over the Christmas period means we've all had time to hit every little wrinkle, and some of them have binned quite some hours of playtime. Let the patience and understanding be mutual.

Anyway, where is the best place for structured bug reports? Don't want to bury them somewhere, I'd rather be helpful.

Trying to get into the beta on this and the link provided in the OP is dead, does not work.
When I look at the beta thing on this is does not offer an option to get in it.

Sometimes you have to wait a while when a beta is released - restarting Steam seems to help sometimes.
