Sadly, it does not. Again, I'm really sorry you had this experience. There ARE nice mentors (as evidenced by said DPS), but from my perspective they seem rarer than the bad ones.
Lots of them get it because that's how you access the Novice Network, which is the only non-player-created global chat channel in the game. It's basically Barrens chat? So the people you get joining it are...the people who want Barrens chat.
It has the predictable result.
I do think that like Lapomu said, you should report that first one (the mods WILL take action), but only if it's not too irritating of a process for you. It's a drop in the bucket--getting one jerkface out of the pool is good, but there's 42 more sooooo.
If its any consolation I wouldnt say anything mean to you in game and just leave taking the 30 min penalty over a slow pulling tank.
They are not to behave like that and will get their mentor status removed from them for it.
Wallpulls are a non-issue in literally every dungeon ever.
Don't save your cooldowns, rotate them appropriately to get the most use out of them. Use them before taking damage, not after. Don't hold your invuln for 25 years, use it when appropriate.
Wait for WHM holy stun to wear off before using cooldowns if your whitemage is using it, otherwise go with the flow.
Also this:
I'm going to add something because I do have a bone to pick with players like you, not everything in this game needs to be 100% optimized, especially a leveling roulette that you unlock at level 16, you expect me to play at breakneck speed because you don't have the patience to play 5 extra minutes, you're just sucking the fun out of everything.
If you're playing end game content, then fair enough, I can understand you want a party that knows what they're doing, but a leveling roulette that unlocks at level 16? Really? Get off your high horse.
People act like that in game towards you, feel free to report them. Thankfully, those who can't handle sprouts being sprouts are the minority in the game. The general population really isn't like that.
Also sometimes y'all really do be slow and scared. Caution is one thing but there's no shame in wiping to learn your limits.
If the team gets aggro, as in directly targeted and not via "mechanics" then it's always the tank's fault. DPS should never pull aggro from a tank, in fact it's completely impossible if the tank does their job.
Low level tanks can be squishy depending on the class/level range, but the healer should be able to keep you alive. It's their job to know that they might have to work overtime on heals for low level tanks.
Also, if it's a new dungeon for you and you don't know the route (or you don't remember), say something, and someone will steer you in the right direction, but it's on you to communicate that. People are gonna get salty if you blind pull into wrong turn dead ends, and they'll assume you're trolling.
