How to get back to Undyne?

So I got a neutral ending and Flowey told me to go see Undyne. How do I get to her from my last save? And where is she, anyway? Thanks in advance.

Take the boat to waterfall, go left.
It's to the left of napstablooks house.

if you remember Naptstablook's house, it's to its left. Backtrack to the Hotlands and take the elevator to L1, then reach the save point and go down from there, that's where the Boatperson is, you can just go to Waterfall from there.

Walk out of the throne room, take the elevator down, walk to the core (past the room you fought Mettaton) take the elevator there down, go through the Hotel, walk to the L3 elevator (or R3, don't remember) take that down to L1, walk down twice and take the boat to Waterfall, go up from the boat, go left one screen, and Undyne's house is on the left above the save.

i forgot to hang out with Papyrus, so i had to restart, that's the second time i had to restart a pacifist run because i messed up. The other time was because my keyboard bugged up and i walked past monster kid instead of rescuing him -.- ugh, so tedious. I'm sorry, sans

So I'm trying to get the True true pacifist ending and I befriended Papuyrus. I gave Undyne water and saved that kid but when I go to her house at looks like a black and white fish head she not there.

I forgot what I but I did fix my promblem. Also I didn't know you couldn't get the True Pacifist ending on your first play throught.
