Some bugs?

I think I've noticed a couple bugs playing this.

I get a repeated controller bug wherein my controller stops registering for some reason and I quickly have to grab the keyboard. I tried moving my cable to a differen USB port and while it improved for a bit, it eventually happened again. Anybody else get this issue?

FMVs seem to be a bit squelched, skipping a bit. Similarly to how it'd be back in the day if your disc had a scratch, but this isn't on discs??

And also the game kinda blinked out a save slot I had.
It's okay, because I follow the oldschool trick of multiple save slots in case that happens, but I have no idea why that happened. Anybody?

Mind you, I'm not using any of the special additional features, I have linear filter turned off, original graphic mode turned on, and I'm running the game in windowed mode.
