Potential Bug: Cannot mantle the second platform in "Baths of Kitezh" challenge tomb

After Lara retracts the first winch to lower the waters I fix it in place with her bow and then try to swim over to the second winch platform on the other side and climb up onto the platform but Lara won't do it. I've seen it done in a video guide so I know it's possible. Is this a bug?

Nvm I had to kill myself and reload the area, now it works

I am having the same issue, but have been unable to find a way to kill myself to "reset" the bug.
