Having wheel issues? Check in here
We are currently looking at wheel issues, but here are things for you to try if you're having issues:

Logitech G25/27:

· If you use nVidia graphics, uninstall the NVIDIA Geforce Experience. (For now)

· Restart your PC and try to launch the game. It should work right away. If not, try a second launch of the game right after.

If it still doesn't work:

· While in Windows, unplug the wheel.

· Uninstall the Logitech profiler.

· Re-download the Logitech profiler for the G27 and your OS from here: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g27-racing-wheel#download

· Plug in the wheel when the program prompts you to.

· Open the Logitech profiler and go to global device setting, and make sure "report combined pedals" is NOT ticked.

· Set the degrees of rotation to 360 and David Greco has personally recommend using the FFB settings from top to bottom as follow; 100,0,0,0 and Enable Centering Spring in Force Feedback Games make sure is NOT ticked.

Logitech G29/920:

· While in Windows, unplug the wheel.

· Uninstall the Logitech Profiler.

· Re-download the Logitech profiler for the G29 or G920 and your OS from here:

o G29 http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g29-driving-force#download

o G920 http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g920-driving-force#download

· Plug in the wheel when the program prompts you to.

· Update the firmware if the Logitech software asks you.

· If you use nVidia graphics, uninstall the NVIDIA Geforce Experience. (For now)

· Reboot your PC and try to launch the game. It should work right away. If not, try a second launch of the game right after.

Thrustmaster wheels and any wheel in supported list come up as unrecognized:

· Always make sure you have latest drivers and firmware.

· If you use nVidia graphics, uninstall the NVIDIA Geforce Experience. (For now)

· Reboot your PC and try to launch the game. It should work right away. If not, try a second launch of the game right after.

Yeah.. this doesn't work. There is a known issue that Codemasters has acknowledged and will patch. Posting a fix which basically amounts to 'reinstall your wheel' isn't much help.

I have a Thrustmaster TX Leather Edition (PC/XBONE). The button prompts on the screen don't match the buttons I have press on the wheel.

So the for example: I think the 'Window' button (no clue what it's called - it's where the 'Back' button used to be on an xbox controller) advance me through menus (rather than 'A').

So to quit the game from the main menu, On my wheel, I hit 'A', Up (to select confimr) and 'Window' to quit to desktop. Rather than what's prompted on the screen ('B', Up, 'A').

Does that make sense? Probably not; cause I'm an idiot.

Thanks, Dan.

Logitech Momo: disconnect and reconnect the wheel while in game before going into control settings. This will allow you to assign custom controls to the wheel & pedals

My g25 has some stutters, like it doesnt send inputs for a split second, every 2-3 seconds. So sometimes when i turn my wheel, it doesnt move and then teleports to the other side. I missed a lot of fast turns because of that. It also doesnt let you shift down or up.

A reverse axis checkbox on the pedals (acc and brake) would fix this.

I Have a fanatec CSW.
Cant even enter the FFB or vibration menu in game.
They are greyed out. Have no FFB.
Pretty shame for a racing game and a developer who called themselve Codemasters Racing to sell somrthing like that!

In fairness, most driving games have issues with one wheel or another at launch.

However to mess up on Logi G27/G920 which are some of the most popular wheels is a bit slack.

They just patched it.. seems to be working on G920 now. !

Well done Codemasters !
