Works for me too, but I found it difficult to steer around the corners, if I move the stick to much it just moved to much as i would want it to. Couldn't find a good balance, so I just connected my Logitech G27 instead

Not it is not. There is deadzone even though its set to 0% in game settings, so you have to counter it with anti-deadzone in SC configuration and even then, the sensitivity is really low, so you would have to turn crazy fast all the time.
I am really sad because in F1 2014 it works fine.

I've actually already bought the game and yeah, it's not the best at all. especially because the game hasn't an override option like in 2014-13-12-11-grid1-grid2-grid autosport-dirt1-dirt2-dirt3-dirtshowdown etcetc. -_-
so the gyro is just a big stick that gets submitted to all the stick limitations and auto assist, like there's no oversteer because the stick is autolocking based on the ideal trajectory.

but I also gotta say that after all it's not super bad and it's playable. you gotta raise the sensitivity from the advanced wheel settings. I can share my settings with you if you're interested.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! DON'T CHANGE THE STICK CURVE EVER!!! it will cause the game to uncalibrate and go crazy and all you can do is just delete the save and start over!!

Hey man, can you share your settings?
And, it is better with dirt rally? I am thinking to buy it to play with my steam controller.
