yeah she has great mixup and solid punishers. Don't know why she is considered as low tier.

Maybe I should switch to Panda too, after all she's like a furry version of Julia with her hopkick and her 1,1,1 string to launch on ch. xD

For those who watched the top 8 actually. Aris said it himself the bears are still lowtier, but Rangchu is a solid player who makes the character work.

I never felt the bears were weak at all.. they have everything they need to be a viable character.

maybe, but to be honest not all of them fights panda at the same efficiency. Some had good reflex, some got beaten real bad. You describe if that is really how knowing a match up look like.
