thats what some people expect since it happened in the past but i wouldnt count on it.
as of right now the only thing we know is that she is a preorder char which means that there must be some form of limitation on her for other people.

if its a pricetag or waiting time..no one knows so far.

She's available for free if you pre-order, or as a DLC later. There is no in between.

She's available for free if you pre-order, or as a DLC later. There is no in between.

i just meant that she should be buyable direct on release and not after a month.
