I just got a key for Darksiders 2 Deathinitive
Dear all,

Nordic was offering key and I sent them proof of licenses ownership that I have (DS1+DS2+ALL DLCs).

Today just now I got a key of DE2D.

Here's hoping the rest of you get it sorted as well.

Sent mine before it was and I've not received a key, guess its pot luck.

~edit~ Got an email with a code a few minutes after I posted.

Just sent Nordic a polite email requesting a key, w/ appropriate proof that they asked for.

I won't ask a 2nd time if they refuse. If they don't give me a key, they have earnt themselves a spot on my blacklist of companies to never pay money to. Everything of theirs will get ignored if its mediocre, and if its any good, I'll get the 'Jack Sparrow' edition.

Poor treatment goes two ways, lets hope they realize that.

i've got mine too..i've sent my proof of licenses ownership at nordic support and they sent me excuses and key just now!
How about a bit more info to what email you sent the info to? And what info you sent specifically

I can confirm, did the same and got a key via email today.

I dearly hope they are indeed working on a solution for all the rest of the people who they shut out and who wernt lucky enough to see that thread with the support email offer they retracted.
In any case, thanks for the key Nordic.

Now do the right thing and fix it for the rest of those who should be eligible.

I did the same sending an e-mail last week with proof and just got my key. Nordic are awesome!

what evidence do you need to provide in the email to nordic support? i have their entries in my steam library but i can't imagine that being sufficient enough.

Congratulations to the people that got their key before they decided to rescind their offer. I was one that saw it too late and am now waiting on them to make it right for the rest of us. If they don't, I am sure it will make the rest of us even angrier at Nordic.

A Screen with D1/2+Season Pass should be enough. Just to make sure, send them a proof, that it is your account.

Yea anything Nordic I won't suggeest to my friends. I have quite a few people who ask me about games before they buy it. So I know I can deter a few hundred sales from them.

I forwarded an e-mail of getting the season pass and all extra DLCs on top of various screenshots.

I sent them three screenshots from my Steam licenses list containing DLCs, Season pass and the game itself along with the date of acquisition.
