Why not try the game's forums? Either there's already an answer there or someone can respond, or there will be a lot of unhappy people railing at the developer over invisible ink.

Why not actually do a little google search? Youtube maybe? I mean... it's a ... what, 20+ year old game now, I'm positive that the facebook group I'm in for geezer gamers like myself would have plenty of experience with it. But... apparently the internet is too new for ya to look it up.
Steam can't answer the question, because Steam isn't the developer of the game. You need to complain to the game devs, they are the ones who are responsible for the game.
Steam is merely a storefront and not responsible for the actual game content.
Besides, I think the best solution for you would be to use a walkthrough.
