Help with SMITE crashing on boot

Having a problem with SMITE crashing on start up and every fix ive tried just hasn't worked. SMITE 64bit randomly stopped working for me so I have been running the game in 32bit for the longest time. With the latest patch, there is no more option to launch SMITE in 32bit so I just can't play. I've tried reinstalling the C++ libraries multiple times, update my drivers, reinstalled SMITE and then Steam itself, tried every launch option I could find. A friend of mine had the same problem and only got the game to work again when she got a completely new PC. The only thing I can think of trying now is wiping my drives, fresh installing the OS and trying absolutely everything fresh. I would love any ideas of fixes so I don't have to do that.
