Leaf lion works well with me.
From what I'v tested it appears that these monsters lack control
Bats, Chickens, Devourers, Ice Eagles, Minic, Tourmented Souls, Phoenix
Also I'd like to correct myself when i say "you lack any control over most monsters you transform into". I'v realized that the monsters i did test on were the ones that did not work. Im also unsure if the T-Rex is even a monster that is transformable as im pretty sure it can be captured but dont have the lvl 4 soul gem yet. I hope this helps.
I think those are the only ones who lack of control, I think the T-Rex will be transformable because it suggests there is/will be a seal lvl 5
I've managed to catch a legendary Wisp. Sadly, they don't follow you and simply go their own ways =(
How about the ability to give your Monsters commands? Like "Follow", "Attack focused Enemy" and stuff like that?
I propose to do this: the less often a monster, the greater its maximum level. For example, a standart monster has a maximum level of 20, a Rare monster has 60, and a Legendary monster has 100.
And the same functionality will apply on pets, with small caps at the beginning, to high caps if you beat specific challenges to get the required currencies.
