Fallout 2 Restoration Project v. 2.2
Just to let folks know, this exists, and is awesome. Graphics upgrades, content restoration, and some in-game tweaks that make things better overall, at least, IMO.

Word of caution, some people run into the very bad bug (Westin's force field gate), so if you installed that patch you might have to jump through some hoops to get around to progress your game

I have installed it to Steam version of the game and it works flawlessly :)

Kaga the great is awesome. I just installed this with steam version. Was quick and painless, loving it.

I've been having problems installing the mod. When I tried running the setup, it said that there was a problem because I have Fallout installed under my normal Steam folder in Program Files. When I tried to tell Steam to install somewhere else, it said I couldn't because a Steam folder already existed in that drive. What's the best way to deal with this issue?

Edit: I just saw the guide that reccomended cut-and-paste. I'm going to try that.

I had my fallout under regular steam folder and it worked fine. Weird.
