Search FOV. Someone made a guide I believe. I will be using it later.

Does your characters arms warp and stretch weirdly still with the FOV patched?

E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DIDE\DI - open data0.pak with 7zip or your choice of archiving.

Open data folder -> skills folder -> edit default_levels.xml

Change 62.5 in <prop n="CameraDefaultFOV" v="62.5"/>

I tried 100 and it reverted it back so maybe 90.5 works.

They need to add a Fov Slider and View Bob on/off options in a patch, the original game I didn't even finished because of motion sickness.... how can they launch a Definitive edition without this? is 2016 guys....

if it's anything like the original the game uses vert FOV vs horizontal, so 90 is waaaaay too much.

use this to calculate the FOV you want:

That blur when sprinting makes me feel sick.

So turn off motion blur :D

I recommend a setting of 82.5 for the fov or everything can become a bit weird with a higher value, or it did in the first one.

What number is closest to 90 FOV? also the sprinting blur is not the motion blur, that is turned off.

You can also disable crosshair if you want guys for... Uhmmmersion :D To do that, open hud.xui in Steam/steamapps/common/DIDE/DI/Data0.pak/data/menu/hud and add under <Id>HudCrosshair</Id> this line <Opacity>0.000000</Opacity>
F.e.:
<Id>HudCrosshair</Id>
<Width>100.000000</Width>
<Height>100.000000</Height>
<Position>640.000000,360.000000,0.000000</Position>
<Opacity>0.000000</Opacity>

For some reason you can't do this trick with Pose Indicator, just like in Dead Island Riptide, it will be there even with that line.

You can remove the dof, blur and things like that by using this thread:

http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2287164

Think the sprinting blur is a depth of field effect; so have a play and see.
