Blood Rush
By the first look, this perk in kinda problematic:
"Once you are one Hook away from instant death, Blood Rush activates:
Press the Active Ability button to lose a Health and instantly recover from the Exhausted Status Effect.
Causes the Broken Status Effect for 28/24/20 seconds, while you are automatically healing back to Healthy".
Just imagine this with Sprint Burst alone or with Adrenaline on Midwich and so on. I know it would be people saying that would activate only on death hook, but I think this perks is a problem in his current state (holding W and we'll end up seeing only two or three killers or the person who got unhooked will be tunneled without a chance to escape), finger crossed and we'll see how it will end up in the actual game.

you only get to use it once per trial so it shouldnt be an issue

It'll probably make tunneling worse.

That's what I was saying, there will be people saying that. But the killer will just tunnel you out because it will know you have to heal to make it work (especially if he knows you have Sprint Burst, Lithe, Balance, Smash Hit)

the real problem in my view will not be this perk, but the new "teamwork" perks for swfs, mainly the one that allows you to run faster combined with others of the same type working on >>all match<<.

Blood Rush just needs one small nerf: disable in end game

yeah, you are right. And the new Teamwork perks with the speed boost is another subject, but you are also right.
Should be nerfed the % of the speed boost

how would this be a problem with adrenaline? you have to be last hook, then healed to lose a health state and adrenaline only works once anyways you cant repop it so its absolutely worthless with it

Honestly bloodrush will make it so the killer need to tunnel the unhook survivor who reach the second stage. Its one of those perk that killer need to always be aware of. So even if they perk is not use its still need to be kept in mind like DS is.
Probably afk tbh (Banned) Feb 16, 2023 @ 12:06pm

In solo Q this won't be an issue, in coordinated play this will def be a play they make because now the last chase can last forever and they can coordinate the adrenaline pop. In the end though if this plays out how I think it will this will become another perk that Killers need to play as everyone has it like DH and survivors will just always have to be tunneled off second hook.

The counter to this is to tunnel that person out on death hook. don't give them time to heal to activate it. This just incentives tunneling

How often have you seen Bloodpact?

Then I wouldn't be too concerned about this one. To truly take advantage of it would require two people marrying each other, unable to loop effectively together without sandbagging one another, unable to separate, all they can do is hold W for a while, and it requires them both to stay together, which means only half the team can be on gens at any one time.

You will see it (probably paired with Bloodpact) in some meme builds, but it really requires dedicating your build AND playstyle to it, so don't expect it to shake up the meta.

Worst par about it that I can think of atm

For regular killers this perk will trounce them

For blight, nurse, spirit etc they'll always catch up anyway.

Makes lower tier killers worse while high tier stays fine

I really hope your right but I'd be interested in the math of how long it would take for a normal m1 Killer to catch up to survivors who stack the two for 110% movement speed. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes oppressive in SWFs but we'll have to see.

I do hope your right though.
