Second advice i can give you, dont just stalk to get tier 3, hit and down survivors if possible.
But overall, don't run that add-on and expect not to get genrushed.
Personally I wouldn't run tuft without something that boosts the ol stalkeroo like J Myers Memorial or the jewelry box + Nemesis. Unless the survivors feed you you're still not going to hit EW3 before the third gen pops, most likely, but permanent expose with two gens left can snowball hella quick, especially if you managed to force a decent 3gen from it.
It's always a gamble, and the odds don't favour you, but it can lead to some hilarious games.
And also you can hit people before T3. You are just weak at T1. T2 Myers is not bad.
And use some slowdown perks. Sloppy Butcher, Ruin, Pop etc
I forgot to mention that I alreaedy use J Myers Memorial with tuft, but I still find it hard to stalk before a big number of gens are completed. Without stalking (creating pressure) it feels like Myers is just a powerless killer (ignoring the speed and lunge boost), while stalking leaves me in a huge disadvantage because when I'm done (even with memorial) it's allready too late to do anything.
