Does Breakout Stack?
As of now, I think all radius perks(Leader, Streetwise, Vigil) do not stack. But does this include Breakout?

Pretty sure Breakout stacks only with Hope but nothing else. Making that work would be extremely situational too.

the wiggle affect of Breakout does not stack with any other players using Breakout, however, the speed bonus does stack if you have another perk that gives you haste
