If I had to rate them now.
Dead Hard, Lithe, Sprint Burst/Balanced Landing, anything else I can't remember.
2. Adrenaline
3. Sprint Burst
4. Lithe
5. Balanced Landing
2. Sprint Burst
3. Dead Hard if killer is boosted, vs good killer 5.
4. Balanced Landing
5. Lithe

3. SB.
4. Lithe.
5. Adrenaline.
2.Lithe
3.SB
4.Dead Hard
5.Adren
Balanced landing is actually useful for an exhaustion perk even when you're exhausted. It still provides the stager duration reduce even when exhausted. Lithe is great to use when being chased since it gives you a chance of losing the killer. SB is pretty meh just a full health dead hard. Dead hard is easy to play against as a killer once you know the guy has dead hard. Adren is a very situational perk that can be wasted if you're not wounded when the gens are finished.
2.Lithe
3.BL
4.DH
5.Adrenaline
SB is number one because it gets you where you need to be when you need it and if you are in any dnagerous spot, you can just SB away from it all into a pallet or window.
Lithe is second because its like SB and very easily activatable, it also is good to lose killers in chases with or to gain good distance.
BL is third cause the speed boost is still great. It also has the added advantage of stagger, but is situational, requiring a landing spot.
DH is 4th because it is very easily counterable once the killer knows you have it. It will not save you if you are not near a pallet or window. Has some unique use, and is more consistent than LB but still worse imo.
Adrenaline is a clutch perk and my personal favorite. But it only really pulls through if you are on the hook and can be saved, or being chased or downed by a killer. Every other time is just getting to gates faster.
2. Lithe. There are many vaults around and it's a great perk that works in any stealth build.
3. Balanced Landing. The reduced stagger effect is really why people love this perk, but unless you have map offerings stacked it is far too situational to get consistent use out of.
4. Dead Hard. This exhaustion perk has no haste effect, therefor you do not gain distance on the killer. It still has the same cooldown as of right now. After a killer realizes you have it, it can be easily baited out. It's also the most buggy exhaustion perk.
5. Adrenaline. Probably the most situational exhaustion perk, but I think if you use this perk in a SWF setting, then it is only second to Sprint Burst.
With good timing and proper usage - DH will extend a chase from 1 minute to 3 minutes.
everything else sucks
