SAVE DATA LOST - RESOLUTION & SUPPORT
If you have lost save data progression please use the following steps to report the issue to our team.

Important notes:

All players can continue to play without fear of having their current save progress overwritten. We will not be overwriting your saves. We will simply add bloodpoints to the current status of your account.

Although the lost Legacy Prestige is important, we cannot adress this issue right away. We want to assure you that it will be addressed in the near future.

Player Guide

Players should provide :
1. Link to the Steam Player Profile Page: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198276143293/

2. Number of Hours played before the lost progress: (ie:100 hours)

3. Characters for which they had originally achieved Prestige before the date limit we set (for Legacy Prestige) (ie: Dwight P2 & Trapper P3)

4. A screen capture and typed in version of their player ID, found at the bottom of the Settings Page. Unfortunately, can’t be copy pasted from the game. Definitely provide the screen capture to prevent any errors.

a. Player ID Example : c6c832d0-bcaa-11e6-a04f-63514e0f3f2a (Sceenshots are mandatory)

Thank you for doing this. Now there is lower chance that someone's save is lost.

Hi, thanks for the information, i have a question: What about the people, that already wrote an email to the devs? Should we write again with the informantion you mentioned in your post?

The DbD settings page, not Steam Settings.
